Water & Sewer Rates

On January 10, 2024 the Twain Harte Community Services District (District) Board adopted the 5-year water and sewer rate schedules that will provide enough revenue to cover operating and capital costs over the next five years. This will allow the District to continue to provide quality, reliable water and sewer services to our community.

Water Rates

The Demand Flow Charge is $79.25 per Equivalent Single Family Residence (ESFR) unit, covering sewer system costs based on average usage.
