Services During PG&E's Power Shutoff

The Twain Harte Community Services District (Twain Harte CSD) is pleased to inform its customers that their water, sewer, fire and park services will not be interrupted during PG&E’s public safety power shutoff, which is reported to begin on October 9th and could last several days.

Twain Harte CSD understands, however, that the community may lose access to many other services during the outage.  For that reason, Twain Harte CSD will provide some basic services at their office parking lot for the duration of the power outage.  During business hours, WIFI internet access and an electronic device charging station will be available so that impacted community members can check on the status of the power outage and perform other critical needs.  These services are in addition to those provided at PG&E's Community Resouce Center at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds.

INTERNET UPDATE: Comcast/Xfinity Internet Services are out in our area. WIFI services are NOT available. Xfinity anticipates internet services to be restored on Saturday (10/12) at 4:57 p.m.

Twain Harte community members who solely rely on groundwater wells for water may also fill up water containers (no larger than 10 gallons each) with tap water for flushing toilets and other sanitation needs.  Community members will be responsible for providing their own containers and the water must be considered non-potable.

These services will be available at Twain Harte CSD’s office parking lot – 22912 Vantage Pointe Drive – during normal business hours – 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
