Twain Harte Community Services District (District) recently solicited proposals from qualified, experienced C-61/D-49 Tree Service Contractors (D-49 TSC) to provide services to remove hazard trees located near at-risk District water and sewer facilities. The services requested will include all operations related to the safe, legal, efficient removal and distribution of approximately 35 dead and dying trees and processing of related slash. Proposals were due on October 29, 2018.
Twain Harte Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
