Twain Harte Community Services District is proud to have received the District of Distinction – Platinum accreditation from the Special District Leadership Foundation (SDLF) in recognition of its sound fiscal management, transparency, and responsible operations.

The District of Distinction award recognizes special districts that demonstrate a commitment to good governance and accountability. This prestigious recognition is held by only 2% of special districts in California.

An important part of achieving Platinum-level recognition is the professional development and leadership of the District’s General Manager, Tom Trott, who earned the Certified Special District Manager (CSDM) designation through SDLF.

The CSDM certification recognizes special district managers who demonstrate a commitment to professional excellence and effective district management. Earning this designation reflects Tom’s dedication to continued learning and strong leadership in serving the Twain Harte community.
