State Conservation Requirements

Governor Jerry Brown signed several executive orders over the last few years requiring the entire State to conserve.  The latest order (B-37-16), "Making Water Conservation a California Way of Life", calls for the State Water Resources Control Board (State Board) to produce permanent conservation regulations for all California residents in early 2017.  The State Board has produced draft regulations and is in the process of developing final permanent conservation regulations.  Click below to learn more.
