Governor Jerry Brown signed several executive orders over the last few years requiring the entire State to conserve. The latest order (B-37-16), "Making Water Conservation a California Way of Life", calls for the State Water Resources Control Board (State Board) to produce permanent conservation regulations for all California residents in early 2017.
