Eileen Mannix and her husband Chris Bjornmose have lived in Twain Harte since 2001. She is a retired chef, pastry chef and caterer who has worked in Paris, New York City and San Francisco.
She is a member of several community groups including Twain Harte Area Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), the American Association of University Women (AAUW) and the Sonora chapter of Omega Nu. She represents Twain Harte on the Mountain Counties Water Resources Association that advocates for water rights and issues in 16 counties from Susanville to Madera.
Eileen has served on the THCSD board since 2014. She has led the park committee for several years and is especially excited about our plans for Twain Harte Meadows, our new park. She is a creative “outside-of-the-box” thinker who is very interested in drought and water rights issues and securing water for Twain Harte’s future.
Twain Harte Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Twain Harte Community Services District

commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
feedback and can often resolve issues in a timely manner if they arise.
If you need any special assistance or accommodations:

The compliance officer has received training in website accessibility and updates the site in accordance with those best
practices. Contact our accessibility officer to report an issue.
Compliance Procedures and Reports
In addition to testing with users with a wide range of disabilities and coding our website to WCAG standards,
Twain Harte Community Services District regularly scans its website to ensure ongoing compliance, and makes timely
changes to any inaccessible changes, if any are found.
