Eileen Mannix and her husband, Chris Bjornmose, have proudly called Twain Harte home since 2001. A retired chef, pastry chef, and caterer, Eileen's career took her from Paris to New York City and San Francisco before she settled in the Sierra foothills.

Over the years, Eileen has dedicated countless hours to community service through organizations such as CERT, AAUW, Omega Nu, and regional water advocacy efforts. Her commitment to volunteering and public service reflects her passion for helping Twain Harte remain a vibrant and resilient community.

Eileen has served on the Twain Harte Community Services District Board since 2014. She is particularly interested in water resource management, drought preparedness, and thoughtful long-term planning. Known for her collaborative approach and creative problem-solving, Eileen is committed to serving the community and helping ensure a strong future for Twain Harte.
