Due to an improvement in water supply, the District has reduced conservation requirements to Phase II Voluntary Conservation. The District has not, however, lifted its declaration of a water shortage emergency. The states of emergency also continues to exist at both the County and the State levels. Please see the following documents for specifics on the current conservation requirements.
Twain Harte Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
