Charlotte Bohlman has had a career in teaching (High School to University level), scientific research and Clinical/Scientific Laboratory set-up (Cedars Sinai Medical Center, UCLA and University of Nevada, Reno) for approximately the last 40 years. She and her husband moved to the Twain Harte area about 2 years ago, when she retired from the educational field. All of her immediate family live in Twain Harte and this, as well as the opportunity for numerous outdoor activities and the beautiful surroundings, prompted the move from Truckee, CA.

Charlotte Bohlman obtained a BS, Master’s and Ph.D. in the area of Biology, Genetic Engineering and Cell & Molecular Biology (with an emphasis in Virology), respectively. Ms. Bohlman was involved with the Teachers Association of Truckee Tahoe at the negotiation level and this further developed her skills in the areas of listening, proposing ideas and working with others.

Ms. Bohlman is excited to be a part of the Twain Harte CSD Board and the work it performs in supporting fire, water, sewer and parks services for the Twain Harte community.
