CERT TRAINING IN GROVELAND

THA-CERT will be joining Groveland CERT at a training session on Saturday Feb 26th, from 9 am to Noon, at the Evangelical Free Church on Ferretti Road. Anyone over 18 is welcome to join us. As always, there is no cost or obligation to attend this training.

We are starting at the beginning: Disaster Preparedness & CERT Organization.

There are over 2,700 local CERT programs nationwide and more than 600,000 people have trained since CERT became a national program. There are several hundred in Tuolumne County. CERT works within FEMA for training and coordination as well as within the California Office of Emergency Services and the Tuolumne County Office of Emergency Services. www.ready.gov/CERT
