Wastewater Grant Application & System Evaluation

Twain Harte Community Services District (District) solicited proposals from qualified, experienced engineering and GIS consulting firms to prepare and submit a Small Community Wastewater Grant Program planning grant application to the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) and to perform a complete analysis of the District's wastewater system. The analysis of the system is contingent of award of the planning grant and will generally include creating a GIS asset inventory and management system, performing a CCTV survey, generating a hydraulic model and performing an analysis of the results to identify deficiencies and recommend/prioritize capital projects.

BlackWater Consulting was the successful proposer. The grant application has been submitted and we are waiting to hear back from SWRCB to see if the application was successful.
