The Board of Directors of the Twain Harte Community Services District are elected by the registered voters within the District boundaries. Directors serve 4 year staggered terms with elections occurring on even years, combined with the countywide general election. Although the Board members do not work out of the District office, you can call the office and leave a callback number or message and staff will forward the message to the appropriate director(s).
