Regular Board Meetings:      The THCSD Board of Directors meets each month on the 2nd Thursday at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room located at the District office, 22933 Twain Harte Dr.  The agenda for regular Board meetings is posted on this site below on the Monday before the meeting.  All meetings are open to the public and you are encouraged to attend!

Special Meetings: of the Board of Directors are held on an as needed basis when Board action or direction is needed between the monthly regular meetings.  Special meetings are normally held in the Twain Harte CSD Conference Room; please refer to the meeting agenda for the exact location.

 Committee Meetings:      Committee meetings are a great place to become involved in your District.  THCSD committees consist of two appointed members from the Board of Directors, the General Manager and Department Heads.  Committees review the status of projects, budget issues, plan projects, develops policy proposals for the Board and review operational issues related to the committees area of interest, for example, a water main replacement project or water rates would be discussed in the Water/Sewer Committee.  The agendas for Committee meetings are posted on this site below on the Friday before the meeting.The standing committees meet regularly as follows:

• Water/Sewer Committee:  First Tuesday of every month at 9:00 a.m., District office conference room.
• Fire Committee:   First Tuesday of every month at 8:00 a.m., District office conference room.
• Park and Recreation Committee:  First Tuesday of every month at 10:30 a.m., District office conference room.
• Finance Committee:  First Tuesday of the month in January, February, March, April, and August at 2:30 p.m. in the THCSD Board Room.
• Admin/Policy Committee:  First Tuesday of the month at 1:00 p.m., in the THCSD Board Room.
• Strategic Planning Meeting: As needed.

All documentation supporting the items on any agenda is available for public review  in the District office, 22933 Twain Harte Dr., Twain Harte, during normal business hours 7:00am to 4pm Monday through Friday.
