CORRECTED AGENDA

The Twain Harte Community Services District welcomes you to this meeting. This agenda contains general descriptions of each item to be considered at this meeting by the Board of Directors. If you wish to speak on an item on the agenda, you are welcome to do so during the Public Comment portion of the meeting or during consideration of the agenda item itself. If you wish to speak on a matter that does not appear on the agenda, you may do so during the Public Comment period. Persons speaking during the Public Comment will be limited to five minutes, or depending on the number of persons wishing to speak, it may be reduced to allow all members of the public the opportunity to address the Board. Except as otherwise provided by law, no action or discussion shall be taken/conducted on any item not appearing on the agenda. When addressing the Board, please state your name for the record prior to providing your comments. Please address the board as a whole through the President. Comments to individual Board members or staff are not permitted.

All documentation supporting the items on this agenda is available for public review in the District office, 22933 Twain Harte Drive, Twain Harte, CA 95383, during normal business hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

3. Public Comment: This time is provided to receive information from the public.

5. Consent Agenda:

A. Approval of financial statements through May 31, 2008.

B. Approval of the minutes of the regular meeting of May 8, 2008.

6. Old Business:

A. Receive public comments and protests regarding the adoption of Resolution #08-06, a Resolution Approving the Fire Assessment District Engineer’s Report, Confirming the Assessment Diagram and Assessment and Ordering the Levy of Assessments for the Fiscal Year 2008-2009 for the Twain Harte Community Services District.

B. Receive public comments and protests regarding the adoption of Resolution #08-07, a Resolution Approving Engineer’s Report, Confirming Diagram and Assessment and Ordering Levy of Assessment for Fiscal Year 2008/2009 for the Parks Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District of the Twain Harte Community Services District.

7. New Business:

A. Discussion/action regarding approval of the first reading of THCSD Policy 2031, Vacation

B. Discussion/action regarding approval of the first reading of THCSD Policy 4025, Remuneration and Expense Reimbursement

C. Discussion/action regarding approval of the first reading of THCSD Policy 2030, Holidays

D. Discussion/action regarding approval of the first reading of THCSD Policy 2110, Dental Benefits

E. Approval of Resolution 08-05, a Resolution Authorizing a Memorandum of Understanding between Cal Fire and the Twain Harte Fire Department.

F. Discussion/action regarding approval of a Memorandum of Understanding with Tuolumne Utilities District to include adopting Governance Principles and agreeing to financially support the Integrated Regional Water Management Plan effort.
